In 1984 the Wreckin Crew released their first LP called Pixie Dust produced by Buddy Scott, for sound of Florida Records. From 1977 to 1985 The Wreckin' Crew was the hottest live Funk band in the Midwest, they toured all over the world sharing the stage with legendary recording artists like Aretha Franklin, The Chi Lites, The Dells, The Stylistics, Zapp, Slave, Evelyn "Champagne" King, Melba Moore, Midnight Star, Peabo Bryson and many more.
