All orders are processed as quickly as possible - which means that your order will be turned around within the first 24 hours after we receive it. We have all the items listed on the website in stock - There is no back ordering from suppliers, so you won't have to wait extra time for the order to be finalized. Although we don't offer a back ordering facility you can make requests for a particular CD`s via the requests@funkytowngrooves.com email address.

Stock Levels
Funkytowngrooves does not operate a back order service, all CDs displayed on the website are in stock. If there is a CD you are interested in finding, and we do no list it, please contact us at requests@funkytowngrooves.com
Returns
We hope you will be satisfied with any product bought on the funkytowngrooves website but know that sometimes there may be the need to return an item.
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt and obtain a full refund provided it is in its original condition and can be sold again.
You can always return an item if it is faulty.
If an item is faulty, or there has been an error on our part, we will refund the delivery charges incurred sending it to you and your cost of returning it to us. If the item is not faulty we are unable to refund these charges.
